A detailed Inspection usually takes 1 to 2 hours or longer, depending on your Home's age and square footage. You'll need to set up a time for your Inspection so you can be present to ask questions and look at areas needing maintenance or repair.

The Inspection will include a review of:

• The roof and its components including chimney, ventilation and plumbing stacks, skylights, etc.
• The exterior including the siding, windows, garage, porches, patios, decks, water faucets, electrical and other components.
• A review of the ground slope at the house
• The foundation and its components
• The central heating and air conditioning system and its components
• The plumbing and its components
• The electrical system and its components
• The interior walls, ceiling, floors and their components
• The built in kitchen appliances and their components
• All aspects of a bathroom
